Privacy Policy

Regrade is a Shopify app that helps merchants sell returned and used items on their existing product pages. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we protect it. We keep things simple because we genuinely try to collect as little as possible.

What we collect and why

Waitlist sign-ups

When you join our waitlist we ask for your email address, and optionally your first name. We use this to send you one email when Regrade opens to early merchants. Nothing else. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in that email or by writing to us.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how many people visit our site and which pages they read. Plausible is a privacy-first analytics tool — it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, does not track you across websites, and does not build profiles. The aggregate statistics it provides are anonymous by design. There is nothing to opt out of.

Cookies

We set no cookies. None, first-party or third-party. No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting scripts, no advertising tags. If your browser reports cookies from this domain, please let us know.

How we store your data

Waitlist email addresses are stored securely with our email service provider. We retain them only for as long as you remain on the waitlist. Once Regrade launches and the waitlist is closed, or if you unsubscribe, your address is deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Because we only hold your email address and optional first name, the simplest way to exercise these rights is to email us at hello@getregrade.com and we will handle your request promptly.

If you are based in the European Economic Area you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site:

• Plausible Analytics — anonymous aggregate site statistics. No personal data processed.
• Email service provider — to store waitlist addresses and send the launch email. Data is processed under a data-processing agreement.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. We may also email waitlist members if a change affects how we use their data.
